For months now, Travi$ Scott has been that new artist all the cool kids like, to put it bluntly. Since emerging as a YouTube sensation, thanks in part to “Lights (Love Sick),” the 20-year-old Houston product has been taken under the wing of Kanye West and T.I., contributing heavily to G.O.O.D. Music‘s Cruel Summer and, most recently, Hustle Gang‘s G.D.O.D. compilation.

Now the time has come for Travi$ to release his debut (unbelievable, right) full-length, Owl Pharaoh. We’ve already heard two monster records so far with “Quintana” featuring Wale and the T.I. and 2 Chainz-bolstered “Upper Echelon,” but there’s still plenty of big collaborations to enjoy on the 13-track project: A$AP Ferg, Meek Mill, Theophilus London, James Fauntleroy and Toro Y Moi all guest.

Greg Grease – “Forward”

If you’ve managed to get this far during the week, you probably deserve a break. And what good timing to introduce Greg Grease‘s latest video for “Forward”, a stripped down, less-is-more banger that doesn’t need to be overdramatic to get it’s point across. Directed by Adam Dunn as a part of his #LABB (Lights and a Backdrop) series, the visuals are as minimalistic as it gets, allowing the Grease, his DJ and his turntable to play centre stage. Check it out and be sure to pick up Greg Grease’s Black King Cole EP if you don’t already own it.
