Chuck Inglish is back with none other than Sir Michael Rocks for “Swervin.” Will we see a Cool Kids reunion sometime soon?

In the same fashion as last year’s Premier Politics, one-half of The Cool Kids, Sir Michael Rocks, is treating his growing fanbase to the extra goodies from Lap of Lux, compiling them into a fittingly titled project called Lap of Lux 1.5. The mixtape will be available to download from December 6, but for now, here’s “Make This Bread,” premiered by XXL.

Nice to see this multi-generational duet happen especially when Too $hort is obviously a major influence on the Cool Kid’s music. A coming-of-age tale from an O.G. and young buck’s perspective off $hort’s latest album No Trespassing.

No road rage here as Sir Michael Rocks and Chuck Inglish are more Great Space Coaster than Falling Down. Dope animation that when you slow the video down you can read “Drink Mountain Dew”. Song is off their latest album When Fish Ride Bicycles.

Greg Grease – “Forward”

If you’ve managed to get this far during the week, you probably deserve a break. And what good timing to introduce Greg Grease‘s latest video for “Forward”, a stripped down, less-is-more banger that doesn’t need to be overdramatic to get it’s point across. Directed by Adam Dunn as a part of his #LABB (Lights and a Backdrop) series, the visuals are as minimalistic as it gets, allowing the Grease, his DJ and his turntable to play centre stage. Check it out and be sure to pick up Greg Grease’s Black King Cole EP if you don’t already own it.
