Following up on the sleek “Memories Back Then” video, T.I. debuts the second track from the upcoming Hustle Gang compilation mixtape, G.D.O.D.: The Introduction. “Freeze Up” finds Tip and Young Dro reunite, with an additional guest spot from Shad Da God.

Juicy J

We get it; Big Sean‘s one of the biggest mainstream rappers out right now, so trap-heavy bangers are what are expected of him. That doesn’t take away the fact that he sounds stupidly awkward over booming bass and rattling hi-hats — which is why we’re far from mad about his verse being lifted from Juicy J‘s new “Show Out” remix. Instead, T.I. and the late, great Pimp C fill in, and sound more than home over Mike WiLL Made It‘s production.

After more than enough promotional teasers, you can now enjoy T.I., Kendrick Lamar, B.o.B and Kris Stephens‘ “Memories Back Then” music video.

travis scott

I was speaking with Semtex earlier this week and we both agree that Travi$ Scott has got next. The 20-year-old Houston native, who, despite the confusion, is signed to Epic, G.O.O.D. Music and Grand Hustle, continues to prove us right. After efforts with Gunplay, Chuck Inglish and Fredo Santana (“Pussy“) and Wale (“Quintana“), Scott delivers his biggest collaboration to date with the T.I. and 2 Chainz-bolstered “Upper Echelon.” Still no release date for his Owl Pharaoh EP, but you can bet it’ll be one of the biggest surprises of the year.

If you’ve spent more than 10 drunk minutes in a club lately, you’ll know that Rihanna‘s “Pour It Up” is the jam. And the Mike WiLL Made It-produced anthem has just got even bigger today with Juicy J, T.I. and best friends Rick Ross and Young Jeezy all adding some muscle. Not only because we suspect he has the biggest tolerance to hard liquor, but we’re giving best guest verse prizes to the Juice man on this one.

Greg Grease – “Forward”

If you’ve managed to get this far during the week, you probably deserve a break. And what good timing to introduce Greg Grease‘s latest video for “Forward”, a stripped down, less-is-more banger that doesn’t need to be overdramatic to get it’s point across. Directed by Adam Dunn as a part of his #LABB (Lights and a Backdrop) series, the visuals are as minimalistic as it gets, allowing the Grease, his DJ and his turntable to play centre stage. Check it out and be sure to pick up Greg Grease’s Black King Cole EP if you don’t already own it.
