Premiered by Peter Rosenberg on Hot 97 (so you know it’s real) this weekend, Tanya Morgan, aka duo Donwill and Von Pea, present their new single, “For Real.” It’s the first release from their forthcoming Rubber Souls album, which we’re instantly excited for. The jazzy live instrumentation and heartfelt lyricism should strike a chord with any hip-hop head.

Common once said “Under the FUBU is a Guru,” which sounds good in theory, but if we look under the hood of this soulful marink produced banger, you’ll find that Brown Bag’s Audible Doctor AND Tanya Morgan’s Von Pea both showcase their Guru-esque microphone mathematics on “F.U.B.U.” This is just one of the many jewels you’ll find on Audible Doctor’s forthcomiing FreEP I Think That…, slated for a September 25th release.
