With Tony Touch, 3/4 of Slaughterhouse and Just Blaze, how could this track be bad?

kool g rap

From one Queens anthem to another. After linking with LL Cool J and Lloyd Banks on the remix to his Saaab Stories favorite, “Strictly 4 My Jeeps,” Action Bronson shares the mic with the legendary Kool G Rap — an MC he considers his idol — on the Statik Selektah-produced “It’s a Queens Thing.” This is the latest track off Tony Touch‘s The Piecemaker 3: Return of the 50 MCs album, dropping July 9.

raekwon ghostface

In the run-up to the release of his new Piece Maker 3 (50 MCs Reunion) album on June 9, DJ Tony Touch is liberating plenty of gems from the vault, including this footage of Busta Rhymes and Ol’ Dirty Bastard freestyling back in ’93. The latest unreleased goodie is this Wu-Tang cut, “Unorthodox,” featuring Raekwon, JD Era, Ghostface Killah and RZA. This will live on Tony’s aforementioned LP.

Greg Grease – “Forward”

If you’ve managed to get this far during the week, you probably deserve a break. And what good timing to introduce Greg Grease‘s latest video for “Forward”, a stripped down, less-is-more banger that doesn’t need to be overdramatic to get it’s point across. Directed by Adam Dunn as a part of his #LABB (Lights and a Backdrop) series, the visuals are as minimalistic as it gets, allowing the Grease, his DJ and his turntable to play centre stage. Check it out and be sure to pick up Greg Grease’s Black King Cole EP if you don’t already own it.

  1. Blu & Nottz (feat. Rashad) – “End of the World”
  2. CJ Fly (feat. A La $oul & Phife Dawg) – “Seek Well”
